Almost entirely through referral, ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd. has become the largest specialist provider of mystery shopping services in the UK. Established in 1990, our business has grown from strength to strength, with our reputation as a provider of high quality mystery shopping services allowing us to continually increase our client base in the UK and to expand into mainland Europe and beyond.
In our infancy we challenged the standard approach to mystery shopping, pioneering the use of small teams of carefully selected assessors. We have more recently taken up an active role in shaping professional standards across the industry through our involvement as founding members of the European chapter of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association).
