log files
Continuous logs are maintained of ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd. web server activity. These log files include the details of your IP address, browser type, page last visited etc. Log files are used to analyse usage of ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd. website, and may be kept anonymously for historical records.
For each of the client specific microsites additional log files are kept to analyse trends and track user movement / activity within each client specific microsite. The analysis of these trends & web activity is used in conjunction with the relevant mystery shopping or compliance audit programme to further enhance and improve the service we provide. The data collated from these log files is only accessible by authorised personnel at ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd. and the corresponding client. Further information is provided in the site usage information found within each respective client specific microsite. Please note this only applies to the registered users of each client specific microsite and therefore general visitors to www.aba.co.uk are not subject to the same user monitoring.
