Sainsbury's Finance hit the jackpot at Your Money Direct awards

The awards, which are known throughout the financial services industry, recognise and reward excellence across a multitude of factors, particularly customer service.

Held last week in London, the 13th Annual Awards gave consumers the chance to vote on which organisations had raised the bar, both in their service delivery and in offering value for money products, via the direct channels of phone, online and in-branch. Winning four awards overall, Sainsbury's Finance achieved the coveted position of 'Best Overall Online Provider'.

For the last 3 years ABa has been working in partnership with Sainsbury's Finance to develop and run a mystery shopping programme offering a multi-faceted approach, covering online, call centre and in store customer touch-points. While the country has experienced some very difficult financial woes over the last few years, it's great to see that one of our clients has managed to buck the trend and offer its customers the very best; both in product and service.
