ABa does "something different"
20th November 2009

ABa has taken a short break from mystery shopping to "do something different" for Children in Need. The usual feast of cakes & goodies were auctioned off to the highest bidder, while guess the baby photos will haunt some of us for years. However, the piece de resistance was our resident band reforming for a one-off special performance. The band formally known as "SCCS" made tribute to a well known Swedish quartet; all in the aid of bumping up our final total.
Just one look & they got the crowds in,
One more look & they created a din! O-o-o-oh
FiFi mia, here they go again,
Oh no, how could we stop you?
FiFi mia, must we hear again?
Oh yes, thank you that`s the end now
Yes, we`ve been broken-hearted,
Blue since the day you started
Why, why did we ever let you sing,
FiFi mia, that was surely not trash
Oh yes, helped us raise some cash!!
In an exclusive interview, the band wanted to thank their manager FiFi Spenc-igan and the great support from everyone at ABa Quality Monitoring & the Embankment Business Park.
With all the votes counted & verified, we can confirm that ABa have managed to contribute over £400 towards a very worthy cause - a cause that one of our clients' parent groups has supported extensively over the past 3 years. Since 2007 the Royal Mail Group's colleagues & customers have raised over £900,000 to help make a positive change to the lives of disadvantaged children & young people across the UK.
