HSBC bags 3 Consumer Money Awards

HSBC has recently been awarded the coveted position of the Best Customer Service Provider in the inaugural Consumer Money Awards. The aim of the awards (organised by MoneyFacts & the Daily Mirror) is to allow UK banking customers to voice their opinion and vote for their financial favourites. During the current state of financial uncertainty so many organisations are having to up their game in order to not only gain new customers, but retain the loyalty of their existing customers.

There was fierce competition between the major high street banks for the 12 awards given, of which HSBC in fact won 3:
Best Customer Service Provider
Best High Street Mortgage Provider
Best Remortgage Provider
