account directors
We will be the first people you work with at ABa - responsible for the strategic vision of each programme, we are ultimately accountable for the delivery of the service agreement, both in terms of programme structure & resulting suites. In exceeding both your & our own expectations, we continuously strive to drive service strategies within your business and enhance the offer ABa provides.
programme coordinators
We are with you literally every step of the way; from initial set-up & programme development, to training workshops & results analysis. As your main contact we will work with you ensuring day-to-day programme management runs as efficiently & economically as possible, while maintaining the high standards which have become synonymous with ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd.
support programme coordinators
As a bridge between internal departments, assessors & the client, we ensure the smooth running of the accounts. A close understanding of the account means that we can easily feedback key insights and spot trends, whilst also using this information to further development the efficiency & consistency of the programme with daily contact to our assessor teams.
programme administrators
With such small assessor teams & over 1000 visits carried out each week, we are the first port of call for our mystery shoppers, auditors & assessors. We are the back bone to each account, offering full administrative support to both the account team & assessors.
in-house IT team
As self-termed, "the department that never sleeps", we work with each account team to provide completely bespoke reporting for each client. With a wealth of technical experience & know-how, we create each database questionnaire based on the requirements of each client, giving you tailored reporting to match the needs of your organisation.

Like a man of many trades, DP works across all accounts ensuring the accuracy & consistency of each & every report. In supporting the account teams, we give each programme the same high level, objective approach expected at ABa. We monitor the quality of each assessment offering a superb attention to detail, meaning you can fully trust everything you get from ABa.

As the many faces of ABa, the assessor team operates with your front line to provide us with all the necessary findings to help drive forward your customer service. After our strict application process, we interview & meet with each mystery shopper, auditor & assessor.
